Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, though this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

For a contract for the provision of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

1. expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired,
2. confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and
3. we have provided you with a contract confirmation in accordance with § 312f of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The consent to the early commencement of contract performance, as well as the confirmation of awareness of the expiry of the right of withdrawal, are expressly obtained in the order process before the provision of the digital content begins.

Without this consent and confirmation, the digital content will only be provided after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
